New Landlords:

Vouchers are not tied to a specific sum. We are unable to issue a voucher with a specified monetary amount.

1. Voucher holder applies for unit

2. If application is approved by the landlord and an occupancy date is agreed upon, they will receive a landlord packet from the Housing Authority

3. The RTA in the landlord packet must be signed by both landlord and applicant

Inspection will be scheduled based on date listed on RTA

 

Once unit has passed inspection, the leasing process may continue

A HAP contract will be executed by the Housing Authority

A copy of the lease must be sent to the Housing Specialist
