Welcome to the Davis Community Housing Authority!

DCHA is a local, independent non-profit organization that has served the Davis County community since 1972. We administer a wide variety of programs in our continuing effort to meet the need for affordable housing. We own and manage several apartment complexes and single-family dwellings throughout the county, as well as administer federal housing programs for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), including the Public Housing program and Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.

Vision

Through superior service, delivering affordable housing and the opportunity to become financially, physically and emotionally independent to low income families, elderly and disabled.

Our Mission is to monitor the needs of the low-income population, provide safe, decent, sanitary and affordable housing, maintain a superior level of public service to the community, and be a catalyst toward resident independence (self-sufficiency).
